Katrina Bikes - Donors
The overwhelming generosity of Seattleites was evident in the 834 bicycles that were donated
to the Katrina Bikes Partnership. We received kids’, adult mountain and adult road bikes of
varying ages, including a vintage 1939 bike. Some people shared moving stories of their
attachments to their bikes, but all gave willingly to support hurricane-affected people.
