Katrina Bikes - Austin Loading Yellow Transportation Trailers
Yellow Transportation donated two 28-foot trailers to transport the bikes to Baton
Rouge. A subsidiary of Yellow Roadway Corporation, the largest trucking company in
the world, we found out that Yellow also has the largest heart in the world! Each
of their representatives worked closely with us as true partners from the very
beginning to make this project a success.
Where would we be without Austin’s awesome crew of bike lifters to load the several
hundred bikes onto the two trailers! The eager group of strong men and women
efficiently and cheerfully set upon their task, led by Willie Austin himself. Thank
