Vashon Island is Puget Sound's hilliest island for cycling.
Coming off of the ferry, you are met with a 500' climb.

If you make it past the first hill, though, Vashon has some
of the best cycling around with spectacular views of the water below.

The interior of the island offers low traffic - rural roads
taking you all around the island, and to fun secluded harbors.

Downtown Vashon Island offers a nice selection of cafes and shops
for mid-day relaxation and refreshments.

After a fun day of cycling it's back to the ferry dock
for the trip home to Seattle. A great day of cycling is at an end.
